We have had a wonderful week here in KB!It is P week.That means PUMPKINS, PUMPKINS, PUMPKINS!!!!!!
We have created some beautiful pumpkins to fill our classroom.We also used the seeds to count and experiment with. There are two colors that begin with P!We have painted with both purple and pink paint and played with playdough!!
This week we began our Nutrition unit.We will study a new food group each week and this week we began with the Fruit Group.We voted on our favorite fruit..... WATERMELON!!!!!
In Religion we are talking about the importance of being a good friend!We learned that Jesus had friends called apostles. Jesus asks us to be friendly to everyone. He is our BEST FRIEND!
It is Fire Prevention Week so later this week we will be visited by the local fire department.We are excited to see the fire truck and see all the firefighters gear.We have talked all about what to do in case of a fire in school and at our home.Mostly we learned to never play with fire!
